Sri Lankan Deliveries

  1. Standard orders are typically processed between 3-7 working days. 

 Returns and Exchange Policy:

  1.  THIRTEEN . THIRTYONE will gladly accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered garments with all internal garment tags intact with the original receipt. The exchanges should be made within seven ( 7 )  days of the original purchase date.
  2. We do not accept returns, only exchanges are possible. Please contact us via Facebook or call us on +94775713902 
  3. We will be sending a new item to you if it is within the exchange period OR we will arrange for the exchange at our pick up points in Ratmalana or Bambalapitiya after confirmation. 
  4. Please also note that there will be a delivery charge for exchanges depending on the location.
  5. Exchanges may take up to 3 – 7 working days to process depending on the location. 
  6. Discounted items purchased will not be exchanged.
  7. Do note that in the event the exchanging item price is lower than the first purchase order we do not refund if there is any balance. When doing the exchange you can purchase something equal or more than the first order amount and pay if there is any balance.

 

Refunds:

  1.  There will be no cash refunds and we do not accept returns. Please note that if the item is in the original condition you may exchange it to a different item of your choice to the same value or more. 

International Deliveries

  1. International Orders are subject to shipping fees which include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. 
  2. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed at separate times and shipping fees will apply to each of them separately.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

  1. We gladly accept exchanges on items in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 14 days from date of shipment for exchange only with original tags intact.
  2. We do not offer refunds but you may exchange to a different size or style of your choice.
